On August 26, the NJU-Huantian Smart Technology Joint Laboratory was launched at Nanjing University Suzhou Campus. Zheng Hairong (Executive Vice President of Nanjing University, CAS Academician) and Sha Wanqiang (Meishan City official) attended and addressed the ceremony, which was chaired by Zhu Weiwei.

Witnessed by Zheng Hairong, Sha Wanqiang, and Wu Jun, the cooperation agreement was signed by Lu Wang (General Manager of Huantian Smart Technology) and Shan Caifeng (Associate Dean of Nanjing University). Zheng Hairong and Sha Wanqiang unveiled the joint laboratory plaque.

Prior to the ceremony, both sides held a brief discussion. Wu Jun and Lu Wang gave an update on their respective companies, while Zhu Weiwei and Shan Caifeng shared the development of the Suzhou Campus and the School. They also discussed potential avenues for future research cooperation.
